The week-3 selector clinic was the moment it clicked for me. Still using the hand-off template at work.
RPA Foundations Launchpad
A 6-week onboarding into bot thinking — selectors, recorders, and your first end-to-end workflow.
Launchpad is built for analysts and junior developers who have never touched a bot studio before. Each week you ship a runnable workflow, push it into a shared activity log, and review your selectors with a mentor in a 25-minute clinic. By the end you have three small bots running on a sample HR queue and a written hand-off document you can hand to QA.
What is in this course
- Hands-on UiPath StudioX and Studio environments preconfigured for you
- Weekly 25-minute selector review with a working RPA developer
- Three production-style assignments: forms, Excel, and email triage
- Slack channel access between cohort weeks for unblockers
- Take-home hand-off template used by enterprise client teams
Outcomes you should expect
- Build, debug, and document a small attended bot end-to-end
- Read existing workflows and refactor brittle selectors
- Frame a process for automation using a 12-question intake sheet

Common questions
No. About 60% of last year's Launchpad learners came from operations or analyst roles. We start with low-code recorders before introducing variables and conditionals.
Live clinics are recorded and posted within 24 hours. You will still need to submit the weekly assignment, but mentor feedback is asynchronous if needed.
Honestly, no — Launchpad is a starting point. Most graduates pair it with the Bot Developer Track or the Process Discovery Blueprint before applying for junior RPA roles.
Voices from past cohorts
Solid pacing for someone coming in cold. The intake sheet alone has saved me from two bad automations this quarter.
Wish week 5 had more time for exception handling, but the mentor was generous with off-hours notes on my Slack thread.
