Ten questions, grouped by category, with at least one honest limitation.
We try to answer the things people actually ask before signing up. There is one explicit limitation disclosure per category — we would rather you find that out here than five hundred words into a sales call.
Enrolment
Cohorts run on fixed Tuesday/Thursday evening windows in KST, with a Saturday morning clinic for those in other time zones. Live sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours so you can keep up. Mentor reviews are written, not live, so missing a session does not mean missing feedback.
Yes, once and at no extra cost, provided the new cohort has not started. After your cohort has begun, switching is treated as a deferral and is reviewed case-by-case. Write to us and we will work it out — usually we can move you to the next cohort of the same course.
Curriculum
Most courses are UiPath-first because that is what the majority of our learners use day-to-day. The Automation Anywhere Essentials course is the dedicated A360 path; the API & RPA Hybrid Design course is platform-agnostic and includes both worlds.
Yes — Document Understanding Bots, Orchestrator Deployment Pro, and the Automation Architect Capstone are aimed at senior developers and CoE leads. The Capstone in particular assumes you will not be writing production workflows for ten weeks and is heavy on writing.
Mentor support
Mostly in writing. Each weekly assignment receives written critique within three business days, plus a 25-minute live clinic in the foundations courses. We avoid generic praise — feedback is specific, sometimes uncomfortable, and never automated.
We aim for one working RPA developer per twelve learners on graded courses, and one per twenty on self-paced courses with a monthly clinic. Bridge courses run with a higher ratio of around one per twenty-five.
Pricing & payments
Yes, on courses priced above ₩600,000 we offer a two-instalment plan at no additional cost. The full schedule is shared in the enrolment confirmation email so there is no hidden interest or fee. Enterprise team licensing has a separate billing arrangement.
No. Exams are paid directly to the certifying vendor — UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft. We cover the exam blueprint and run a practice paper, but bundling the fee would mean adding our markup, which we have chosen not to do.
What we deliver — and what we do not
Honestly, that depends. RPA Foundations Launchpad is a starting point, not a full job-readiness program. Most graduates pair Launchpad with Bot Developer Track or Process Discovery Blueprint before applying. We say so on each course page.
We do not teach low-code citizen-developer tools beyond Power Automate, we do not teach business intelligence or data engineering, and we do not promise specific salary outcomes. Our scope is robotic process automation development on UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and adjacent enterprise tooling.
