1. What This Policy Covers
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to FlowMint Academy for cohort-based and self-paced courses listed on stationportal.one. It does not apply to enterprise client team training engagements, which are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence. It also does not apply to third-party software licences (for example UiPath Community licences) or to certification exam fees, which are paid directly to the relevant vendor and are subject to that vendor's refund rules.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Once a cohort has begun, course materials that you have already accessed are not refundable on a per-item basis: a cohort fee is treated as a single inseparable purchase. Bundled bonuses (for example downloadable templates, alumni Slack access, or pre-recorded primer content) are not refundable separately from the course they were bundled with. Discounts, scholarships, and partner-issued vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrolment in writing before the cohort start date. You are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the course fee if you cancel within the first seven calendar days of the cohort, provided you have submitted no graded assignment. After day seven of the cohort, refunds are not available except in the limited cases described in section 5. For self-paced courses, the seven-day window runs from the date of your first login to the course materials.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request from the email address associated with your enrolment to contact@stationportal.one. Include your full name, the course name, the enrolment date, and the reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and confirm the refund decision within ten business days. Where a refund is approved we will return the eligible amount to the original payment method; where this is not possible (for example because the card has expired) we will agree an alternative method with you in writing.
5. Special Circumstances
If you are unable to continue a cohort because of a documented serious illness, family bereavement, or another exceptional circumstance, contact contact@stationportal.one and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis. These typically include deferring your enrolment to a later cohort at no charge, offering a partial pro-rated refund, or pausing your access for an agreed period. We are not able to offer the same flexibility for changes in your work calendar or for routine scheduling conflicts.
6. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days from approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically a further three to ten business days. We will provide a transaction reference where one is available. If you have not received an approved refund within twenty-five business days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate with our payment processor.
7. Korean Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea or other applicable consumer law. Where the statutory rights afforded to you are more generous than those described here, the statutory rights apply. If you are a consumer in the European Union, equivalent statutory withdrawal rights of fourteen days from the start of the service apply, subject to the exception that those rights are reduced where you have actively used the digital content.
8. Cancellation by FlowMint Academy
In rare cases we may need to cancel a cohort, for example if an instructor becomes unavailable and no qualified replacement can be arranged. In that case you will receive a full refund of the relevant course fee, regardless of how far into the cohort we are when the cancellation occurs. You may instead choose to defer your enrolment to a future cohort of the same course. Cancellation by us does not entitle you to compensation beyond the refund of the course fee.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to contact@stationportal.one marked "Refund escalation". A senior staff member who was not involved in the original decision will review the case and respond within fifteen business days. If the matter remains unresolved you may pursue available consumer protection remedies, including those of the Korea Consumer Agency where applicable.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your enrolment is the version in force on the date you completed payment. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes that affect refund eligibility for future enrolments will be summarised in a short note on this page for at least sixty days after they take effect.
