1. Description of the Service
FlowMint Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy") provides an online cohort-based and self-paced training service for robotic process automation developers. The service includes recorded lessons, scheduled live clinics, written mentor reviews, and access to learning materials hosted at stationportal.one. The service is delivered to individual learners and to enterprise client teams under a separate licensing agreement. Course content, assignment briefs, and mentor reviews are made available for the duration of the cohort and remain accessible to graduating learners for twelve calendar months following the end of their cohort, after which access may be revoked at our reasonable discretion.
2. Learner Obligations and Acceptable Use
When you enrol in a course you confirm that the contact and billing information you provided is accurate. You agree to access learning materials through credentials issued to you only, not to share them, and not to redistribute course assignments, mentor reviews, or downloadable templates outside the cohort without our prior written internal approval. Disruptive behaviour during live clinics, including harassment of mentors or peers, is grounds for removal from a cohort without refund. The Academy may also restrict access where automated tooling is used to scrape course content or where integrity of graded assignments is materially compromised.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Updates
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or submitting any form on stationportal.one, you accept these General Terms in their then-current form. We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, and the latest version will always be available on this page with the date of last update visible at the top. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Academy provides educational services and does not guarantee employment outcomes, certification pass rates, or specific salary results. To the maximum extent permitted by Korean law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific course in which the dispute arose during the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection rules.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, if your enrolment payment is not honoured by your bank or card issuer, or if continued provision of the service would breach applicable law. You may discontinue your enrolment at any time by writing to contact@stationportal.one. Termination does not affect any rights and obligations that, by their nature, survive termination โ including outstanding fees, confidentiality obligations, and the limitation of liability set out in section 4.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service, except where applicable consumer protection rules grant you a right to bring proceedings in the court of your habitual residence within the European Union or the United Kingdom. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation for thirty days before commencing legal proceedings.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including written content, assignment briefs, mentor reviews, video recordings, code samples, templates, and the structure of the cohort calendar, are the intellectual property of FlowMint Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning and professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, or build derivative training products from our materials without our prior written internal approval. Code you write during the course is yours; templates and rubrics you receive remain ours.
8. Fees and Payment
Course fees are listed on each course page in Korean Won (KRW) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due on enrolment via the methods supported on stationportal.one. Failed or reversed payments will result in suspension of access until the matter is resolved. Discounts, scholarships, and team licences are governed by separate written agreements and are not transferable. We reserve the right to change course fees for future cohorts without affecting learners already enrolled.
9. Third-Party Tools
Some courses require you to use third-party software (for example UiPath Studio, Automation Anywhere A360, or Microsoft Power Automate). These tools are governed by their own end-user agreements and we are not responsible for changes in their availability, pricing, or functionality. We will give reasonable notice if a third-party tool change materially affects a course you are enrolled in and offer alternative arrangements where reasonably possible.
10. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Refund Policy, the Data Protection notice, and any cohort-specific written addendum we issue you, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowMint Academy in respect of the service. No oral statement made by a mentor, partner, or staff member overrides the written terms set out here.
